Park Avenue is a leasehold condominium cum shop-office development nestled in the fast growing Damansara Damai vicinity. It is another residential development by MK Land Holdings.

Analysis

Park Avenue is a good place to stay, and just like MK Land’s condominiums in Damansara Perdana, all the facilities are modern and stylish. However, just like other MK Land’s products, its finishing is not top the notch.

Besides Park Avenue, there are a few other developments in Damansara Damai from MK Land, including Armanee Condominium, Suria Office and Seasons Square Retail. Moreover, Park Avenue is surrounded by low-cost apartments (Saujana Apartment and Impian Apartment) and also 2-storey terraces.
