Centrus Shopping Mall is the first shopping mall in Cyberjaya with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM1 billion. It is sited adjacent to CBD Perdana 1, CBD Perdana 2 and D’Pulze (which will host Ascott Hotel and Tune Hotel once completed).
Centrally located in the hub of Cyberjaya’s Central Business District (CBD), Centrus Shopping Mall is set to become a new landmark of Cyerberjaya. Centrus Shopping Mall is currently open for booking. The developer, Setia Haruman is offering 10% discount for early birds, Developer Interest Bearing Scheme (DIBS) until VP, free Sale and Purchase Agreement (S&P) and only requires RM50,000 as the booking fee.
The shopping mall is well-located near to residences, universities and business hubs. Within just a stone’s throw away from Centrus Shopping Mall, there are ELC International School, Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences (CUCMS) and Multimedia University (MMU). It is not far away from the Lim Kok Wing University either.
As for residences, Centrus Shopping Mall is just a mere minutes’ drive from Serin Residency, Shaftsbury Square, Symphony Hills, Nadayu and Garden Residence. Most of these residences are currently under development, thus the addition of Centrus Shopping Mall will definitely become their only destination for leisure, entertainment and the place to find their needs.
