BRP 7 is a residential enclave located in one of Selangor’s main town, Sungai Buloh. Several reputable developments can be found within the enclave such as Tiara Puteri, Tiara Putra, and Putra Residence.

BRP 7 is an up-and-coming housing development within the established residential enclave of Bukit Rahman Putra. Due to the fact that Bukit Rahman Putra is in its early stages of development, prices are still relatively reasonable and affordable. It is only a matter of time until property prices within this area increases.

The only apparent problem so far would be traffic congestion. Since most commuters opt to travel to work via Persiaran Surian which bypasses Kota Damansara, the entire stretch of road is extremely congested during peak hours.
