Analysis

BRP 7 is an up-and-coming housing development within the established residential enclave of Bukit Rahman Putra. It’s strategic location provides good investment opportunities as the population in the neighboring township of Kota Damansara increases, the spill-over effect will apply, eventually increasing the population in Sungai Buloh.

Due to the fact that Bukit Rahman Putra is in its early stages of development, prices are still relatively reasonable and affordable. It is only a matter of time until property prices within this area increases.

The new developments in BRP 7 would be appealing to young families thanks to its modern design, offering residents with an urban lifestyle with a gateless concept. There are many interesting features such as rollover-kerbs that allow visitors to park their cars with ease, and concealed underground drainage which adds to the beauty of their properties.

The only apparent problem so far would be traffic congestion. Since most commuters opt to travel to work via Persiaran Surian which bypasses Kota Damansara, the entire stretch of road is extremely congested during peak hours.
