    Right next to Regency Tower is a brand new and among the latest condominium within the enclave, Verticas Residensi. It is scheduled to be completed in April 2011. Therefore, one should expect a lot of construction works noise and polluted air coming from the construction site before its completion.

    Nonetheless, Regency Tower is a nice condominium to call home due to its close proximity to the city centre and commercial centres. However, there are several other condominiums nearby that offers cheaper rental rate. But if your main concern is privacy, Regency Tower is definitely a good catch.
