Bukit Sentosa 1 in Bukit Beruntung, Rawang is a mixed and affordable residential and commercial area that comprises of single and double storey terrace houses, apartments, and shops near the town of Rawang. In terms of investment wise, it is suitable for working adults and their families because of its Rawang location. This means that it is good for those who want to rent out their houses to factory workers, such as those working for Perodua whose manufacturing headquarters is in Serendah.
Those who execute a property rental investment strategy well to suit this market will have good returns as opposed to those who do not have a focused property investment strategy. Other than this, Bukit Sentosa 1 is a relaxed environment that is far away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The only concern here is that many properties around the area are not occupied, so some people call Bukit Beruntung a ‘ghost town’.
