    The developer behind 633 Residency, YNH Property is an experienced property development company which established since 1982. It is formerly known as Yu Neh Huat Bhd. It is the one behind developments in the Manjung township, comprising of Sitiawan, Lumut and Sri Manjung, Perak. Currently, the company is actively developing few developments in Klang Valley, including high profile areas of Kuala Lumpur city centre, Mont Kiara and Sri Hartamas.     633 Residency sits right next to the Klang River. Hence, there is a slight chance that flood will occur during thunderstorm season. But currently the DBKL had doing some upgrading for the river wall to strengthen it. Not only that, it is also situated right next to Sri Kandanswamy Temple and Monorail railway track, and also meters away the bustling Jalan Syed Putra.

    Although the building is next to the railway track, but there was still some distance. Therefore, it was really not much sound and vibration effect to the residents. Furthermore, 633 Residency is at the city area, so there may have some intolerant noise from the passing-by vehicles along the federal territory. But only for those whose units are facing it.
