Banjaria Court is a medium-cost leasehold condominium conveniently located at the interchange of Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2), Jalan Batu Caves and Duta-Ulu Klang Expressway (DUKE).
Banjaria Court comprises 4 huge blocks that contain a total of 704 units. All units have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each, with built-ups range from 991 sf to 1,314 sf. Standard condominium facilities are provided that include a clubhouse, swimming pool, gymnasium, badminton court, children’s playground, BBQ area, shop, surau and a kindergarten.
There are plenty of amenities nearby Banjaria Court. Several schools can be found nearby, SK Taman Selasih, SR Taman Samudra and SMK Sri Gombak. Besides that, Banjaria Court is about 10 minutes walk to Giant Batu Caves. There are also rows of shop-offices nestled in the area that contain workshops, convenience stores and restaurants.
Till this date, Banjaria Court is still delayed (claimed to be completed by May 2010 earlier) and according to several buyers, they have received notification from PKNS that says the condominium will be completed in September. And the buyers will not get any compensation for the delay since PKNS has until May 2012 until vacant possession. However, the condominium has already completed and just waiting for the Certificate of Fitness.
Banjaria Court is strategically located within mere minutes walk to abundance of amenities and extensive network of roads and highways. It is hard to find a budget residence with such conveniences as Banjaria Court has. However, Banjaria Court is very congested and high in density. Having all 4 blocks to face each other makes the condominium feels packed and lacks of privacy. Besides that, the condominium also does not offer any panoramic view from the recreational podium despite of facing the city centre and Bukit Tabur.
Besides that, Banjaria Court is situated right next to Taman Samudra Flats that comprise 6 blocks. Besides the flats, there are several low-cost housings in the area. These low-cost neighbors will make Banjaria Court feels lacking of exclusivity. Centrally located at Gombak commercial centre, the roads and highways surrounding the condominium are very congested at most times. The congestion gets worse during peak hours.
