One Menerung has the best of two worlds, the greenery and the city, despite of having a weird name. One Menerung is the most beautiful prestigious residential in the heart of Bangsar, with trees lining up along the way towards the entrance and well-crafted garden surrounding the condominium, it is as if cushioning the Bangsar’s hustle and bustle from getting too intruding to the residences’ private lives.

The short drive from One Menerung to varieties of amenities in Jalan Telawi, Bangsar and back makes it extremely easy and convenient. There are two main access points, one through Jalan Senduk and another from the old Jalan Damansara towards Sprint Highway. One Menerung is also accessible through Jalan Duta, Federal Highway and Mont Kiara. The most important part however, is not how many access points there are.

Bangsar is in between Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya, making it a perfect location. However, it was said that the green area next to One Menerung is known as the Federal Reserve Land and also the hostel for HELP Institute students. This information is also included in One Menerung’s advertising collateral. Meaning to say that in any event that the Federal Government decides to do something about this parch of green land; it will most likely affect One Menerung.
