Analysis

Casa Vista looked run-down from the outside. Besides that, the color combination of sandy yellow and blue looked quite funny. But on the inside, its facilities are well maintained and the garden is beautifully landscaped with lush greenery and garden accessories.

Driving around Bangsar is a headache during peak hours. One will normally stuck in traffic jam along Jalan Maarof and Sprint Highway starting from the Jalan Maarof exit coming from Damansara Heights.

Casa Vista price has not appreciated much in several years. In fact, it is one of the cheapest condominiums one can find in Bukit Bandaraya at around RM 500,000. Most condominiums here are tagged from RM600,000 onwards. Same goes to its rental as it starts from RM2,500 up to RM3,500.

This is due to a number of new condominiums mushrooming in Bangsar vicinity, such as Zehn Bukit Pantai, One Menerung and Bangsar Peak. Hence, if your budget is quite limited to reside in Bangsar, Casa Vista should be on your top list.
