Even though Bangsar is well-known as an affluent and exclusive enclave, but Bangsar Permai does not sit within the prime area of Bangsar which is the reason why you can see more locals than expatriates residents. Majority of the residents are working within the area itself.
In terms of investment, the price of Bangsar Permai has been stagnant for years, and might continue to do so (with a bit appreciation from time to time) due to its age. Most of units are owners’ occupied. This condominium is loved to its close proximity to amenities and LRT. And due to its location, it can easily be rented to young executives. However, its rental yield is not very interesting though for a piece of Bangsar’s jewel.
