Even though Pelangi Damansara is regarded as a middle-cost apartment, it offers facilities that are on par with condominiums. On site, there are a swimming pool, jogging track, playground, mini market and a gymnasium. The residents are protected by the management’s 24-hour security. All units are given a single parking bay, but an additional parking bay can be rented at RM120 per month at a nearby private parking area.
There are plenty of amenities within walking distance. Just in front of Pelangi Damansara is a block of commercial center that comprises a supermarket, groceries, restaurants and cafe. Investment wise, the price of Pelangi Damansara has not escalated much in years, but its rental rate has hiked a little bit. There are too many drawbacks possessed, and some residents claimed that they rather stay at low-cost flats nearby or Flora Damansara for better living experience.
