Analysis

This super luxury bungalows development is targeted for rich expatriates and high-profile individuals. However, if you have the ability to fork out the hefty price tag – this is indeed a heaven for you (if you do not mind the surrounding).

BayRocks is strategically and conveniently located with amenities-rich surrounding that enables one to reach banks, schools, universities, shopping centre, futsal centre, car performance workshops, recreational centres, restaurants, bars and a lot more within 5 minutes of driving.

However, the drawback of BayRocks is its close proximity to low and medium-cost residences such as Lagoon Perdana and surrounding areas of PJ South and Puchong areas. Besides that, the area is always jam packed with people at most times. It is filled with students and executives crowd in the morning till evening, and later replaced by youngsters who hang around the clubs and Sunway Pyramid. Traffic jam is a normal scene in the area in the morning and evening.
