Villa Laman Tasik was developed by Dwitasik and DBKL – but managed by PPC Glomac – in the billion dollar township development of Bandar Sri Permaisuri. The strata title for the property is out, and the property is currently being managed by the MC (Management Corporation).

Aimed at middle to high income earners, expatriates and families, this gated property is a comfortable and conducive residential area. Another big draw is the beautiful view of the lake and KL Twin Towers skyline.

High-tension wires however, are stretched across on the other side of the lake. While the lake adds to the beautiful landscape, there are also issues of foul smells, rubbish and waste pile especially after a heavy downpour. Complaints alluded to the absence of traps or filters at the mouth of the canal from which swell and overflow from Sungai Kerayong whenever there is heavy rain.

For a closed and guarded community with many facilities, Villa Laman Tasik is affordable for middle income earners. HUKM hospital is located nearby and traveling to the city center only takes minutes. The property is also located near the Salak Selatan LRT station which links to the Bandar Tun Razak integrated hub terminal just less than 2km away.

Villa Laman Tasik townhouse is not to be confused with the condominium project also with the same name and known as Q1, which is currently being built right next to the townhouses and will be completed in 2012.
