Menara Sri Damansara comprises two 14-storey towers. The units have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with built-ups range from 1,064 sf to 1,130 sf. Basic condominium facilities are provided including car park, swimming pool, playground and 24-hour security.
Menara Sri Damansara is conveniently just within mere minutes walking to Sekolah Sri Bistari, SRK Bandar Sri Damansara and Sri Damansara Club that hosts a driving range, swimming pool, badminton, tennis and squash courts, gymnasium, snooker room, karaoke and sauna to name a few.
In addition, Menara Sri Damansara is within close proximity to SRK Sri Damansara 3, SRK Sri Damansara 2, SMK Sri Damansara 1, SJK © Desa Jaya2, and Masjid Al-Mukarramah. Also, there are also Wasbudi Supermarket, McDonald’s, PappaRich, Pizza Hut, restaurants and banks located nearby.
Accessibility-wise, residents here enjoy close proximity to Jalan Kuala Selangor, Middle Ring Road 2, Damansara-Puchong Highway and New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) (Sungai Buloh Exit). For public transport, Kepong Sentral KTM Station is less than 7 minutes drive.
Menara Sri Damansara is nicely located on high elevated land and surrounded by abundance of greenery. The air is fresh and the condominium commands scenic view of Bandar Sri Damansara township. However, this condominium is really old and run-down. The corridor is very dark and the paint has already faded.
In 2004, a unit at Menara Sri Damansara was priced at RM160,000. And today, 7 years later (2011), units are being asked at about RM270,000 – which means it enjoys about 9% appreciation per annum. However, most people claimed that the units can be bargained to as low as RM200,000 due to the run-down factor.
Menara Sri Damansara is still a decent place to stay regardless the drawbacks it possesses. Most residents love the calm and serene surrounding and the condominium’s close proximity to established CBDs such as TTDI, Bandar Utama, Damansara Perdana and Mutiara Damansara.
