    Medan Putra Condominium is a residential condominium that comes with convenient facilities to cater for its community just under one roof. In this lawsuit, residents claimed that the condominium, when run by the developer for about eight years, had faulty lifts, cracked walls, poor security and was dirty. As a result, the JMB was formed to take over the building management but the developer did a court injunction. Due to the ill-maintained building, the developer lost their case which was a sigh of relief for the residents. At present, there is no news about whether things have improved since this court case.
