The double-storey terraced houses in Cheras Vista are beautifully designed, and the environment here is relatively cozy and tranquil. Safety is not a concern as the security control is quite tight with security guards patrolling around the neighborhood every few hours.
Cheras Vista is a short distance away from Mahkota Walk, a main commercial center in the heart of the township where all sorts of business outlets can be found. Mahkota Walk also houses the Masterskill nursing college.
Cheras Vista offers its residents great and convenient access to plenty of public amenities and exciting township facilities. Banks, restaurants, coffee shops, internet cafes, morning market, shopping malls, schools, hospitals, and various service shops are among the amenities that can found easily around the area.
Mahkota Cheras Jaya Jusco, The Mines, Econsave, and Carrefour are all located close to the neighborhood and make shopping very convenient. It is also located within reasonable distance from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), being about 30 minutes of driving distance away.
In terms of accessibility, Cheras Vista is very well connected to other major towns and cities like Bangi, Kajang, Semenyih, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, and Seremban. It also provides good access to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC). It takes approximately 30 minutes to drive there.
Cheras Vista is well served by several highways such as MRR2, Kesas Highway, Kajang-Seremban Highway, and Federal Highway. It can be accessed easily from the Cheras-Kajang Highway exit via the Cheras Perdana interchange, as well as from the SILK Highway exit via Bandar Sungai Long.
However, traffic is quite bad and traffic congestion are commonly seen along the road exiting to the Cheras-Kajang Highway during rush hours.
