Flora Damansara? I will avoid it at all cost. How can it be good at RM600 rental and RM140k price tag? That's less than 5% of rental yield. I'll go for old condominiums in Bandar Sri Damansara instead if you're keen in this area. |

After a long while, I have actually started to think that it's a good investment. Ever since it was painted, its value (both rental and subsale) has appreciated a lot. For investment purpose, I think it's a good deal albeit you have to be careful on your entry point. |

Yes, it's true. But I only heard about the access road from Sterling directly to LDP (heading Puchong). I didn't hear about NKVE access. |
