Dataran Ara Damansara is a low-rise shop-office commercial enclave located in the well-planned Ara Damansara. The perimeter of this centre has rectangular shape.
The units in each block are equally distributed between 6 units and 13 units merged into a total of 9 blocks siding along Sungai Damansara from its southwest angle. Occupancy of the land, however, does not obstruct much of the sky view from the street with its three storey peak structures.

At the moment, Dataran Ara Damansara is only accessible via Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang and FAS tunnel if you commute from Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP).
Dataran Ara Damansara started off as a lowly graded area for business opportunities. As years go by, this commercial enclave has grown tremendously into the most vibrant commercial area of Ara Damansara. Now, this commercial centre achieved the busiest quarter with high traffic in Ara Damansara.
A 3-storey unit back in the days, costs merely RM500,000. As the residential estate develops on it’s current pace, it is advisable that the price may skyrocket in the near future.
