Is this place worth investing? I'm considering a 1060sf unit selling for for 570/sf, mid floor facing palace. Thanks

If your investment planning is 5 years... You can make this move,

However, dont expect high rental... Just can get fair rental,

My points of view, rental yield just can hit around 4.5% - 5.5%

There is a room to appreciate... after the mall and office is establish...

Agree with Frederick , Honest Speaking I find that Solaris Dutamas Condo a bit tough to rent out recently bcz of lots of renovation at the commercial unit , very messy recently , i hv been showing to many Tenant but at the end there didn't choose to rent it ... if you want to invest Solaris Dutamas , must hv the patient to wait for commercial office and shop & shopping Mall more establish then i belief the Rental will be go up ...

Yes, I agree too. Have to wait for sometime(be patient) in order to see the appreciation of the property there due to shop/office haven't fully occupy.

3months ago, someone told me want to sell the unit at 700psf, i was thinking must be crazy, 1month ago, i still had something 560psf. Today, i got only 2unit 750psf.

Last year, many self claim investor came to me, price still 550psf range. And they were saying ghost city. Early this year till now, it becomes a hot cake.

Peak time i got 100units +, now, i left 2. Rest of them either transacted or owner hold back.

What do you think if other owners realise someone is selling 750psf?
