Is Desa Permai in Taman Desa a nice place for self stay?

I checked the surrounding last weekend & I love the greenery a lot & it fits my budget, my concern are:
1. How is the traffic condition in the morning?
2. How is the condition of this condominium? Is it well maintained & etc.
3. As I checked the property description, 2 lifts are shared by 10 units per floor, would it be crowded in the morn?
4. What people generally stay in this condo? (Expats/local/ethnics)

	Posted by Joker on 24-May 2011 I agree that Taman Desa is a hidden gem. a good balance of commercial, residentail and greenery. location is strategic. but prices are increasing as well. 1.Traffic in Taman Desa is smooth. 2.I can see management taking efforts to maintain the condo i.e. recently, management installed camera in the lifts. But if you go to the basement parking you can see water seeping through the walls. my point is, the building materials is not so good. in the basement can also see the building is built on exposed earth, which some residents fear landslide. 3. Lifts not too crowded in the morn. 4. Chinese locals. no expats. families and working adults.
