What is your advice and comment on the property at Emerald West, Rawang?

The houses seem nice, but what is the selling price now?

The Whole Rawang area, you just need to determine, what is your purpose of buying, if for your own stay, and you have already consider it is close to your working place etc, it worth buying as everything is there for family needs, but if you looking for investment purpose, please find somewhere else better. So many Rawang house/residential project/properties didnt give that good return. But I didnt mean for all. But most of it.

Agree that this house is for own stay not investment. You can look for other place but not Rawang for investment purpose.
