Well, a project by reputable Berjaya Group can't go much wrong. However, this area is packed with crowd when event going on at Bukit Jalil stadium nearby. You may have trouble getting back home, with cars parked all over the places, blocking your entrace back home. Investment wise, I don't think the location is superb, but with the completion of Maju Expressway, getting to KL city center is fast and easy, provided you don't mind paying toll. The golf view from the condominium is excellent though! |

Bukit Jalil in itself is a very good area, but sadly the surrounding areas are crap - particularly the dirty, congested Sri Petaling. Puncak Jalil ain't that impressive either, and same goes for Kinrara, Puchong, Sg Besi, Sri Kembangan. |

There is demand on Savanna because business centers and institution of higher learning are around there. |

Good location as far as rental is concerned. But Covillea will be a better choice than Savanna. Price should pick up as Berjaya has planned for two more condo in that locality. |
