This project is still pending VP. Judging from the nearby desa putra, the yield shall be between 6 to 7%, for a leasehold property, is it worth for investment?

Judging from the selling price and leasehold status, I'd rather buy Seri Maya coz almost similar price, better located and is proven to attract expats, last but not least Seri Maya is freehold! But if for personal stay, well I think it is a nice piece of home to live in!

There is a 790sf layout at RGE, which Seri Maya's smallest unit is from 1,300sf. Maybe this smaller built-up will attract different tenant pool.

Besides studio unit, RGE also has advantages on the nearby amenities. carrefour, wangsawalk, banks, cinema and karaoke just at a stone throw distance away. I foresee it will attract more expats migrate from seri maya and villa wangsamas. Furthermore, it just a station away from seri maya.

Right, but the Sri Rampai LRT station was closed the last i checked. Any idea when it's gonna be open? With the LRT upgrading to 4-car this year, it is another reason to live near to an LRT station.

Riana Green East is better because of the nearby amenities. carrefour, wangsawalk. The place is developing.

Visually Sri Rampai Station is almost 90% completed. I guess is should be opened before end of the year. If RG is too pricy then Villa Wangasamas is the next good one - a lot of Korea and Mid East expat too.
