Do you think that it can attract expat when the economy recovers? I think it has great potential. I really like its design and location.

Yes, I have seen some expats living there actually. I think Royal Domain is the best condo built by Mayland. The facilities and securities are great. I also think it has great potential. Even if the expats don’t like it there, most of execs and managers would love to live there. |

Some landlords have tenanted their units out to African nationalities. There was one time I saw 10 African tenants stuff into a 1,300sf unit. |

I think is a good investment, as it is strategically located. This area has great potential to be developed soon. |

Dont you think its less risky to just buy a property that already attracts expats rather than buy a property and hope it attracts expats? |

Last time i visit, there are indeed many expats at Royal Domain, albeit Middle Eastern and Africans. So the question is what expat are you expecting? |

Without being judgemental or appearing to be racist, there is somewhat a consensus that certain expats from certain countries are preferred. They take care of your place, do not haggle too much on rental or those incidentals during the period of tenancy. The expats would return. The question is, what type of expats would give you rental rate that outperforms the industry average. |
