Hi, There are 3 Types of ROI

1. High Appreciation Return, Low rental rental
-> Refer to Landed Property
2. High Rental Return, Low Appreciation Return
-> Refer to strata property
3. High Appreciation Return, High Rental Return
-> Super Rare

Last one is Low-Low which is a failed investment, I dont want to mention it

It is quite difficult to find in Mont Kiara(Mont Kiara specialist here)
