The consideration to be taken into accounts is the vast vacant land available for new development and tenant market fluidity...which personally I thinks is not 'conducive', not comparable to KV and Penang...which has both the advantage of land scarcity and robust tenant market...

yes now & future..foreigners already bought land or properties there 2-3 years ago like China, Arabians, Sporeans of course
