A new landlord need help

I have an unit of condo to rent to foreigner who hold visit pass to Malaysia. That mean he is only allow to stay in Malaysia max 90 days per entry. He requests a 2 years contract with me. Is they any regulation for renting to foreigner , subject the foreigner had valid permanent stay visa (ie : employment, student visa)?

Please ask whether he has a employer here proceeding Working Visa for him? Or else, please standby yourself He/She might suddenly disappear - RUN away It is cheaper than renting hotel with this method Yes, you hold his deposit, I beg the rental is not very high too. Maybe I am wrong Anyhow, It is not advisable to rent to a tenant who just holding Travel Visa... |
