i dont like this kind of term, semiD means semiD, bungalow means bungalow, but developer likes to upgrade and repackage their product to sell higher price. Villa does it mean landed property? It could be in middle of condominium.... |

Zero lot bungalow consider link bungalow, it's a bungalow's link to next door bungalow's land and it's different between semi-d. Normal Bungalow is stand alone and not place it accordingly. Semi-d is two unit house side-by-side link together. Terrace house/ link house is all houses link together. |

It's only a product reinvention to differentiate among its competitors and create a new niche (value) market, which some people will appreciate. Its like a basic 4 wheel car those days to having high-tech input car nowadays. By the way, people appreciates it, as it brings a different value. Bungalow is classified as a bungalow. Full stop. 0-lot is a Semi-D actually. Only difference is that, it is not linked! That means you do not have a party wall, and you can do your own renovation without consulting/affecting your neighbour. This is a value! People appreciates. The concept exudes a new meaning of living, where you buy a semi D that looks and feels like a bungalow. Furthermore, there are more windows at the sides now instead of the conventional semi-D. Now, this is value. Besides, you won't feel your neighbour knocking on the party wall, since it is no longer there anymore. Value. Value. Value. Regards. |
