Highest Tenancy Return for Klang Valley Property

Hi,
I'm thinking to get another property which is as-built and ready for tenancy. But I wonder which property in town has the highest tenancy return?

Very hard to get highest return becoz every time the rental rises so will the price ... so ultimately you will get back equilibrium rental yield. |

Tenacncy returns should be condo properties where the expatriates enclaves or the central buisness hub activities. However, you have to take in consideration of % in terms of price paid and maintainace costs. |
