I'd recommend Sri Hartamas ... becoz many landed houses, national palace, greenery everywhere and the peaceful environment is still being preserved ... unlike Mont Kiara so many constructions going on, dust everywhere, traffic very bad, road full with potholes ... and looks like a concrete Jungle ...

But are these places getting congested where it is too close for comfort for expatriates with family?
For young single expatriates, it would be a boon with the vast variety of amenities like shopping and eateries or nightlife activities.

Not many Expat have that high budget for Bukit Kiara. And for that pricing, would it be a better idea at Tumberry?

I find Plaza Damas 1 & 3 very convenient ... with Sri Hartamas Shopping Center / Mercato around, no worries about groceries ... budget also the lowest in that area ...

Turnberry Villas is just at the Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club in Bukit Kiara with vast greenery. it is conveniently located at the gateway to PJ.

The only problem is - it is probably the most expensive leasehold properties.
