Setia Alam: Is it a good buy to invest now?

Posted by 6UE5T on 13-May 2012

Especially those relatively new 2-sty houses from SP Setia like Nevada, Garcinia, Carallia, etc. which are asking for 600-650k.
Thx in advance though.

my feeling is that, SA is more for own stay, especially landed...usually landed rental yield is lower than condo / apartments...but with recent sky high property price, I think SA may sooner or later become a hot spot for speculation...barring any worsening of current world affairs...

Potential area for investment... Landed house below RM600K can considered. Astronium 2 also not a bad choice, Freehold.
