Orion, 231 or 1sentul for investment?

Orion a bit old and from outside it is nice but quality inside a bit out.

1 sentul still new and entry level still consider cheap.

According to the property survey indeks, the price for sentul area now is around RM550 to RM 700 psf. anything below still consider a good investment.

the orion's location is fantastic as its near KL city center n can get quite good rental returns too but in case u did not know, the road in front of condo is badly flooded not too long ago.... that road has a long history of flood but it seems like it did not deter the property from going up here over the years. 1sentul is still new and prices here r still very reasonable..... accessibility may not be fantastic now as its always jam b4 the market but i believe YTL will make some improvements over the years to improve the image of sentul area.

Bear in mind project besides Orion is a tall building, and it will blocks many units when it ready. Another headache of this Orion is the main road infront might flood which happened.

1sentul can consider for own stay if you dont mind morning and evening very jam at the pasar that area.

For best rental return ... go for 321 TR ... high demand for short term rental (near to Price Court) ...
