Subang Park Homes at SS19, is it a good buy?

Low rise, 4 storey, a lot of greens, freehold and traffic generally smooth at SS19 in Subang Jaya. Around RM600+ psf. Unit size is 1300, 3+1. This is not near to any business centre or malls. Anyone to comment on the long run capital appreciation?

To buy for capital appreciation, maybe. To buy it for home -No as I doubt the greens wont last at the rate of condo and shopping complexes are being built indiscreetly all over Subang, it is become USJ - United States of Jam. Moreover, the fumes at the Federal Highway is too close for comfort at Subang Park Homes. Just my 2 cents views.
