Is Vista Lavender a worth buying/investing property?

Posted by dude83 on 20-Feb 2012

Hi guys,
I'm looking around to purchase my 1st home and found Vista lavender as an affordable place for me. But, I'm unsure about the environment and people there. This triggers my mind whether Vista Lavender is a good place for me to invest since I'm getting some mixed reviews on it. Appreciate if someone could advice on the practicality of purchasing a property here for a family man like me. Tks

VL now is a far cry from previous years better managed now. So the problem of Developer does not arise.
To buy ?? You hv to establish these 2 options
1. Buy as end user
2. buy as investor.

As end user , most will consider the environment and the occupants around. It is known to be hub for foreigners as due to its affordability , it is catering mostly to low income bracket.
As investors, yield (ROI) is the most impt factor. So this
can pass the test. Highly recommended for investors

In conclusion, if u still insist as an end user, then buy the newer blocks. maybe 15-20% more..cheers and good luck
