Despite of its age of about 10 years old, Damai Suria is still one of the best modern design condominiums in the enclave. Embassy Row enclave is well-known to offer quiet and peaceful living for its residents despite of being within the city centre and few kilometres away from KLCC. But if the unit is facing either Persiaran Ampang Hilir or Jalan U-Thant, the resident cannot enjoy much privacy and quietness as there are plenty of cars passing along both roads. Traffic congestion also happens during peak hours as motorists using the roads to escape from the terrible congestion along Jalan Ampang.

In terms of investment, Damai Suria is one of the recession proof properties, which is proven to deliver good capital appreciation for all the years. It still has potential to increase in value as most of the new condominium developments are priced above RM1,000 psf. But in terms of rental yield, not much gain can be expected as it only capable to deliver around 5% of gross rental yield.
