Ampang Hilir enclave is a great residential to live as it offers lush greenery within the neighborhood and well located very near to the KLCC and the Kuala Lumpur city center. Even though there are plenty of residential in the area, which means high competition among each other, the Ampang Hilir enclave remains as high class residential and still highly demanded. Not only that, the commercial center will turn Jalan Ritchie into a busier street as well. As for the pros, residents will have nearer spots to find amenities. Residents can probably just take a short walk for a decent meal next-door.
