Taman Bukit Indah, Ampang
Taman Bukit Indah is a residential development located within the matured neighborhood of Ampang. There are many such similar developments that can be found nearby, such as Taman Ampang Indah, Taman Rasmi Jaya and Taman Uda Jaya.
The enclave of Taman Bukit Utama comprises mainly of landed residential developments such as terrace houses, semi-detached and bungalow houses. There are varying developments that can be found within the enclave such as The Valley. Generally, terrace units typically have built-up sizes at an average of 1,200 sf; while semi-detached houses have built-up size ranging from 5,000 sf, bungalows on the other hand ranges from 7,000 sf onward.
Taman Bukit Indah is strategically located within the vibrant and well developed area of Ampang. Taman Bukit Indah comprises both old and new developments. There are currently many new landed residential developments seen to be sprouting up quite rapidly. The older developments are somewhat middle-cost properties while the newer ones are considered to be upper-class and more luxurious. This fact is readily apparent by observing the external facade, the older of which would require a new coat of paint.
Considering the many famed international school within close proximity, Taman Bukit Indah would be ideal for families with children, and are currently working arond KL City Center or other nearby neighborhoods.
