Amenities-wise, Menara Mutiara is a stone’s throw away from Darul Ehsan Mosque and Darul Ehsan Golf Club. Taman TAR hill is also famous for being a favourite track for jogging. Not only that, it is merely 1 km away from International School of Kuala Lumpur (ISKL) and Mutiara International Grammar School. Several groceries, supermarkets and shopping centres are located nearby such as 7 Eleven which located along Jalan Kolam Air Lama, Giant supermarket located in Ampang Point Shopping Centre, and MaxValu which nestled next to Petronas Jalan Kolam Air Lama.
For access, Menara Mutiara is accessible from Jalan Kolam Air Lama which connects to Taman TAR hill and leads to Jalan 11. Jalan Kolam Air Lama is connected to Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2). From MRR2, one can easily access Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH) and Duta-Ulu Klang Expressway (DUKE). It is merely 10 minutes to reach KLCC and the city centre.
Mounted on a hill and set amidst lush greenery, Menara Mutiara is well-known for its breezy, serene and cool ambiance. Also, it offers spectacular view of the city centre, the forest reserve and Taman TAR. Ever since the residents of Menara Mutiara took over of the management of the condominium, the living conditions have improved significantly. Security is top notch with 4 security guards manning the place at each shift.
Menara Mutiara may not give a good first impression at first due to the building not being painted, but with the hard work of the management body, enough money has been raised to paint the building. The new look of the condominium will most likely take place in early 2014. The strata title will be issued around the same time as well. People can expect prices to rise after the paintwork, as that was probably the only stumbling block towards an appreciation of price in Menara Mutiara.
