Crystal Tower is a medium-cost condominium located in Bukit Indah, Ampang. The condominium shares its neighborhood with Emerald Hill and Sri Baiduri. It is a leasehold development offering residents with built-up units from 896 sf to 960 sf. Typically, units come with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Crystal Tower does not fall short in terms of facilities for its residents. Facilities included are a swimming pool, wading pool, club house, jogging track, BBQ area, playground, cafeteria, salon, mini market, business centre and the all important 24 hours security and covered car parks.
If however, this is insufficient for residents, the Kelab Golf Darul Ehsan is nearby providing more recreational sports for them and their family members. It is approximately 4km away from the condo.
With Bukit Indah Supermarket and Caltex station 900 metres from Crystal Tower, it should satisfy most necessity. Having said that, should residents prefer bigger supermarket chains, they are a drive away e.g. Giant Supermarket which is 15 minutes drive away.
Several schools are within walking distance of it including SMK Bukit Indah, SRK Bukit Indah, SK Taman Kosas and SMK Taman Kosas. By distance, the nearest school is 0.15km away from Crystal Tower. Masjid Bukit Indah is also at hand to cater to the residents of the Muslim faith.
Public transport is a non-issue for residents at Crystal Tower. There is a bus stop within walking distance. Those heading to the KL centre by car will normally have to drive along Jalan Ampang to get there. If traffic permits, this will normally take 25 minutes. Accessing the Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH), Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE) and Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) highways are also quite easy.
Crystal Tower offers a homely neighborhood feel to its residents. This is attributed to the fact that it is surrounded by other residential neighborhoods like Taman Kosas, Taman Melor and Taman Kempas and also, the lack of huge concrete commercial malls directly in their vicinity.
Shops and eateries are still aplenty. However, they are run by your local ‘mom and pop’ shops rather than the impersonal franchise chains. Crystal Tower was developed by the SP Setia Group. SP Setia is a well regarded developer in Malaysia.
It has successfully developed townships like Setia Alam in Shah Alam, Setia Pearl Island in Penang, Bukit Indah Tropika in Johor and etc. It is also known for its eco homes notably those in Setia Eco Park in Shah Alam.
