Viola, Alam Impian

Viola is the second phase residential development of Naza TTDI’s Alam Impian township. This successor development of Spira comprises of double-storey terrace houses.

Just like its predecessor, Viola has been sold out within 2 months. In fact, it was 95% sold in about a month. It follows the successful launch of the first phase, Spira, which was completely sold out in just 3 days.

Instead of just high demand on new landed properties these days, Alam Impian has become a sought-after house due to its well-planned concept of the township and its location. It is strategically located in between Federal Highway and KESAS Highway that let people to travel to Subang Jaya and Shah Alam city with breeze. However, the drawback of it is it is near to the villages.
